There shall be no fires, including open fires or fires contained in hibachis, grills, or similar devices (for cooking, or any other purposes) on any public property or beach within the town limits of North Beach.
A. 
There shall be no burning within the town limits for any purpose except cooking food pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4 of the BOCA Fire Prevention Code.[1]

B. 
In no other instance shall fuel, shaving, leaves, wastepaper, trash or other matter be burned outside of the building on any property.
C. 
There shall be no outside burning of any kind on premises used for commercial or business purposes.
Violations of this chapter shall be a municipal infraction, punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, Penalties.
