A.
A candidate for election who receives contributions
or makes expenditures of $300 or more shall file a campaign funding
report in accordance with the Annotated Code of Maryland, Article
33, § 26-11.
B.
If a candidate does not intend to receive contributions
or made expenditures of $300 or more, exclusive of the filing fee,
the candidate and the candidate's treasurer may jointly execute an
affidavit to that effect on a form prescribed by the Board of Supervisors
of Elections.
C.
If the candidate does not in fact receive contributions
or make expenditures of $300 or more, no further reports need be filed.
