All applicants for municipal licenses or permits who operate the licensed activity upon real estate owned by the applicant, as a condition of issuance or renewal of said license(s) or permit(s), must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the issuing authority that all taxes and/or payments are current on said property as of the date the license or permit is issued.

The Township of Franklin may revoke or suspend a license or permit previously issued in the event that a licensee or permittee who is the owner of the property upon which the activity is conducted has failed to pay for at least three consecutive quarters.
