It shall be unlawful to operate an all-terrain
vehicle or similar device upon the streets or sidewalks or upon any
public park, parking lot or other public lands of or within the Village
of Lake George unless the vehicle is duly registered by the New York
State Department of Motor Vehicles for operation upon the highways
of the State of New York and is insured as required by the Vehicle
and Traffic Law of the State of New York for the operation of motor
vehicles upon the highways of said state.
