[Former Ch. 7, Municipal Authorities, which consisted of Art. I, Middle Smithfield Township Municipal Authority, adopted 6-13-1988 by Ord. No. 44, was removed from the Code under the authority established by Res. No. 12-2009-01, adopted 12-9-2009, which dissolved the Middle Smithfield Township Municipal Authority. A certificate of termination was granted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of State under the authority of Act 22 of 2001, known as the “Municipal Authority Act.”]
