The Official Map, showing, inter alia, all the various zones and flood
hazard districts, shall become and be designated the Official Map of the Township
of Middle Smithfield for the aforesaid purposes.
A copy of said map duly certified by the Secretary of the Board of Supervisors
of said township to be a true and correct and accurate copy of the same shall
be displayed at all times in a conspicuous place upon the wall in the office
of said township, where it may be seen and inspected during normal business
hours by the public; and furthermore, a similar copy thereof shall be furnished
to the Planning Commission of said township and the Monroe County Planning
Commission.
The Secretary of the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Middle
Smithfield is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this
chapter and Official Map in the Office of the Prothonotary and Clerk of the
Court of Common Pleas of the Forty-Third Judicial District, Monroe County
Branch, at Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
