"WHEREAS, the Wicomico County Council is concerned
for the responsibility, preparation and coordination of emergency
action of the county government, which may be occasioned or necessitated
by riot, fire, flood, earthquake or other natural disaster or by enemy
attack, sabotage or hostile enemy action.
"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY
COUNCIL OF WICOMICO COUNTY, MARYLAND, THAT..."
