[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Lopatcong 9-21-1988
as Ord. No. 1988-19. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Lopatcong Township Department of Streets and Roads shall be eliminated,
and a new Department of Public Works shall be established pursuant to this
chapter.
The Department of Public Works shall comply with the township's
standards and civil service regulations, and all employees shall be transferred
from the Department of Streets and Roads to the new Department of Public Works,
which is hereby established and shall go into effect upon proper publication
and approval of this chapter.
