A. There is on each place of business in this Township
a business registration fee of $25 per calendar year. Any person proposing
to do business within the limits of this Township shall apply for
and pay the fee for each outlet, branch or location within the Township
limits prior to engaging in business. The renewal business registration
period shall be from January through December. Such fees shall not
be prorated nor any part thereof refunded for any reason.
B. Each place of business in the Township shall have
the option of renewing its business registration for one year at $25
or for three years at $75 per calendar year.
Upon the filing of a complete application and
payment of the requisite fee, the Township Office of Economic Development

door or a window of the main facade of the business location.
In the event that emergency contact or other

provided to the Township. A business registration application must
be completed by any person engaging in or proposing to engage in business
within the limits of the Township even if the business registration
fee is exempted.

any of its requirements shall be subject to a penalty of $75 for a
