No person shall discharge or use a firearm, air gun, sling shot, crossbow
or bow and arrow or other device of similar character in a public place in
the Township, nor shall such equipment be used or discharged on private property
in a way or position dangerous to persons or property.

Any person in violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable
by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90
days, or both.
