The provisions of this article shall apply except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or official traffic control device.
No person shall park a vehicle in any parking space designated for handicapped parking unless the driver or a passenger in the vehicle is the holder of a handicapped parking permit and said permit is openly exhibited in a window of the motor vehicle occupied by said permit holder.
No persons shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or part thereof as described in Schedule VII in this chapter.
A. 
No persons shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule VIII in this chapter unless otherwise indicated upon any of the streets or parts of streets or public parking lot.
B. 
No persons shall park a vehicle or allow a vehicle to remain standing between the hours specified in Schedule VIII in this chapter unless otherwise indicated upon any of the following streets or parts of streets or public parking lot:
(1) 
Fire zones in multiple residence projects
(2) 
Reservoir Road.
(a) 
Entire length between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. from October 1 through March 31.
(b) 
Reservoir Road. Entire length between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from April 1 through September 30.
No persons shall stop a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule IX in this chapter unless otherwise indicated upon any of the streets or parts of streets or public parking lot.
No persons shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule X in this chapter unless otherwise indicated upon any of the streets or parts of streets or public parking lot.
A. 
Applicability. The following traffic regulations shall apply to the Grand Union parking lot, Quaker Avenue.
(1) 
Fire Lanes. A fire lane is hereby established extending from all curblines in which the parking, standing or stopping of vehicles is prohibited except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with another vehicle. A fire lane shall extend from the curbline to the nearest designated parking area.
Except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with direction of a police officer or official traffic control device no person shall:
A. 
Stop, stand or park a vehicle upon the sidewalk.
B. 
Stand or park a vehicle, whether occupied or not, except momentarily to pick up or discharge a passenger or passengers in front of a public or private driveway.
