It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, install or otherwise maintain in the village any form of parabolic, hemispherical, ground station, earth station, satellite station, circular or dish-shaped antenna or the like unless the same shall be located and placed on the roof of a building or in the rear yard area. No such antenna shall be located or placed on the roof of a structure unless the location and placement thereof shall not be possible in the rear yard area, and the application for the permit to erect, construct, install or otherwise maintain such antenna on a roof shall recite the specific circumstances that preclude its location and placement in the rear yard area of the premises. The location and placement of any such antenna in a rear yard shall be made in such manner that it will not be visible from any street.
No structure shall have more than one such antenna.

No such antenna shall have a diameter in excess of eight feet, nor shall it exceed 12 feet in height, measured from the bottom of its base.
Any such antenna is hereby defined to be a structure pursuant to the Code of the Village of Flower Hill.
Any person committing an offense against any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, Penalties, of the Code of the Village of Flower Hill.
