From and after the passage of this article it
shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park a vehicle
in the access aisle adjacent to a handicapped parking space.
The Township of Marple or the owner of the property
on which there is a handicapped parking space established shall erect
the mandatory sign at the top of the access aisle for the adjacent
handicapped parking space(s) prohibiting parking therein, within 30
days. The sign shall comply with the requirements of 75 Pa.C.S.A.
§ 3354(d)(3)(i).

Any person violating this article shall, upon
conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine as set forth in the Pennsylvania
Motor Vehicle Code, 75 PaC.S.A. § 3354(g)(i). Any vehicle
parked in a designated access aisle may be removed from that area
by towing and may be reclaimed by the vehicle owner upon payment of
the towing and storage costs.
