For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
MOTORIZED VEHICLES
Any vehicle, conveyance or equipment, including but not limited to automobiles, motorcycles, snowmobiles, trucks, dirt bikes, motorized carts and all-terrain vehicles.
Any person operating a motorized vehicle on property owned or used by the Town of Sand Lake for the Town Park on Gettle Road shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction, shall be liable for the payment of a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $250 or to imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both, for each occurrence.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:
A. 
The operation of a motorized vehicle in any designated access road, driveway or parking area.
B. 
The operation of a motorized vehicle by an employee or designee of the town, doing so in the course of his or her duties.
