Any firing of a gun or guns, pistol or pistols, squibs, crackers, gunpowder or other combustible substance, in the streets or elsewhere in said Village, or any disorderly blowing of a horn or horns in said Village, in the day- or nighttime, are hereby forbidden, and any person who shall be guilty of violating any of the prohibitions in this chapter, any person aiding or abetting such violation, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
