No person shall, at any time, drive or operate a motor vehicle or motorcycle, as defined in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, upon any highway, road, street, driveway or parking lot in the Village of Sylvan Beach, whether or not the same shall be publicly owned or maintained, or upon any driveway or parking lot maintained in connection with any school, church, village garage or office building or place of business in the Village of Sylvan Beach in such a manner as to cause or create a disturbance or to cause alarm or fear for the safety of persons or property or to unreasonably disturb the peace and quiet of any person or persons within the Village of Sylvan Beach, Town of Vienna, Oneida County, New York.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 for each offense or imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
