The Board of Trustees of the Village of Tivoli
hereby makes the provision that any employees or appointed officers
(to include but not be limited to the Village Clerk, Deputy Clerk,
Treasurer, Code Enforcement Officer or members of the Planning Board
or Zoning Board of Appeals) may reside outside the Village limits
but must reside within Dutchess County or a county adjoining Dutchess
County.
This article supersedes New York State residency
guidelines.
