A.
The Village of Tivoli shall enter into membership
in the plan pursuant to § 503-a of the Workers' Compensation
Law.[1]

paragraph, designating the person to administer the plan, which immediately
followed this section, was repealed 5-11-1998 by L.L. No. 1-1998.
B.
The custody of all joint plan moneys by the Plan Administrator
under the Plan is hereby approved.
