Editor's Note: Former Art. I, Per Capita Tax, adopted 12-18-1967
by Ord. No. 15-67, as amended, was repealed 12-10-2012 by Ord. No.
2012-13.
The terms used in this article shall have the meanings set forth
in 72 P.S. § 5511, as amended.
The Tax Collector for the Borough of Greencastle shall waive
additional charges for real estate taxes beginning in the 2023 tax
year if a taxpayer satisfies all of the requirements set forth in
72 P.S. § 5511.7, as amended.
