A permit shall be required for all boats and trailers utilizing the
Leetsdale Borough Boat Launch, and each such boat and trailer must affix a
nontransferable permit/emblem issued by the Borough at all times that said
boat and/or trailer is present on the premises known and commonly referred
to as the "Leetsdale Boat Launch and Parking Area."
The fee associated with issuance of the aforesaid permit shall be established
by resolution of the Council of the Borough of Leetsdale.
The penalty for violation of this chapter shall be $100. Each separate
day that a violation occurs shall be considered a separate violation of this
chapter.
