After any snow, ice or bad weather emergency
is declared, it shall be unlawful, at any time during the continuance
of the emergency, for any person:
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XVIII (§ 209-67), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as snow emergency routes.
