It shall be unlawful to distribute, cast, place
or cause to be distributed, cast or placed, in or along any of the
streets or public places of the Borough of Paulsboro, any refuse or
waste matter.
Any person or persons violating the provisions
of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not
exceeding the sum of $10, in the discretion of the officer before
whom such offending person may be brought, and in default of the payment
of said fine, the said officer may commit the said offender to the
county jail, in his discretion, for a period not exceeding 10 days.
