It shall be unlawful for any person to install,
repair, maintain or operate, either as owner or as agent, servant
or employee of the owner or as independent contractor for the owner
or otherwise, any outside satellite disc receiving antenna, unless
and until a zoning permit shall have first been obtained from the
Township Zoning Officer.
No permit for the installation, repair, maintenance
or operation of a satellite disc receiving antenna shall be issued
if the location of the satellite disc receiving antenna, or any part
or portion thereof, is in violation of any height, setback or side
yard zoning requirements applicable to the property in which it is
or shall be located, unless a bulk variance shall first have been
obtained from the Township Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Application for permits shall be made upon blank
forms provided by the Township Zoning Officer and shall contain or
have attached thereto, in addition to all other information required
for a zoning permit, a structural drawing setting forth the proposed
or existing size and location of the satellite disc receiving antenna
and all existing structures on the site and distances from lot lines
and structures on adjoining lots.
A satellite disc receiving antenna zoning permit fee of $15 shall be paid for each permit issued pursuant to §
172-1 hereof.
