The rates, charges and fees for connections, reconnections and hookups
to water meters and use of water meters within and outside the Village, as
the case may be, shall be as currently established by the Board of Trustees
and may be amended from time to time by resolution as the Board of Trustees
deems appropriate.
A.
All water bills will be rendered gross and discounted
to net if paid within 15 days from the billing date. The gross amount is due
and payable within 30 days from the billing date. Service may be discontinued
to any resident or nonresident user upon 15 days' written notice in the event
that a water bill is not paid in full within 30 days from the billing date.
B.
All delinquent water bills will be charged a penalty
of 12%.
