" Industrial waste," as used in this article, shall have the same meaning as set forth in Article
V, §
185-16.
Any person or corporation wishing to discharge
into the sanitary sewers of the Borough of New Wilmington any industrial
waste shall make application to the Council of the Borough of New
Wilmington, supplying said Council with any and all information which

contrary to the laws of the commonwealth; and if the Council, or the
Pennsylvania Department of Health, or the Pennsylvania Department
of Environmental Protection, or any of its or their agents, shall
at any time find that the discharge of such industrial waste is injurious
to the public health, the sanitary sewer system, the sewage plant
or contrary to the laws of the commonwealth, it, they or any of them
may, on written notice to the holder of such permit, forthwith terminate
the right to discharge such industrial waste into the sanitary sewer
system.
