The township hereby approves the service agreement
in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A[1] and authorizes the Supervisors of the township to execute
such service agreement in such form with such changes and modifications,
if any, as may be approved by such Supervisors, the execution of the
service agreement to be conclusive evidence of such approval and the
Township Secretary is hereby authorized to affix the Seal of the township,
to attest the same and to deliver the service agreement to the Authority.

Editor's Note: Exhibit A, which comprises
the service agreement, and any subsequent amendments thereto, is currently
on file in the Township offices and may be reviewed there during regular
business hours.
The proper Supervisors of the township are hereby
authorized, empowered and directed to execute and deliver any and
all further agreements, instruments, certificates or other documents
and to do or cause to be done all other acts and things necessary
and proper for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this
ordinance.
The Authority is hereby appointed as agent for
the township for the enforcement of the various ordinances in place
and to be adopted pertaining to permits, affluent characteristics
and discharges within the boundaries of said township.
