The Pretreatment Program Policy, Rules and Regulations
of the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority, approved by the Authority
by Resolution No. 1998-10-18-A, on October 19, 1998, be, and they
are, hereby approved and adopted. The full text of said Pretreatment
Program Policy, Rules and Regulations is attached hereto as Exhibit
A.[1]

The enforcement response plan of the Easton
Area Joint Sewer Authority, approved by the Authority by Resolution
No. 1998-10-18-B, on October 19, 1998, be, and is, hereby approved
and adopted. The full text of said enforcement response plan is attached
hereto as Exhibit B.[1]
