It shall be unlawful, after the passage of this chapter, for any person
to operate a motorcycle or motorbike on property within the Borough of Trafford,
except upon a public street, thoroughfare or alley designated as such by the
borough officials in the Borough of Trafford.

Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this chapter,
before a District Justice or a proper legally constituted official, shall
be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, and
in default thereof, shall be sentenced to serve 30 days in jail for each offense.
