No person other that an elected or appointed official of the
Borough of North Haledon or employees of the Borough of North Haledon
shall park his/her vehicle in any space designated "Parking for Elected
Officials and Employees Only" at the Municipal Building, located at
103 Overlook Avenue. Such prohibition shall be suspended and not apply
from Friday commencing 6:00 p.m. through 10:00 p.m. of the immediately
following Sunday.
No person other than a member of the North Haledon Police Department
shall park his/her vehicle in any space designated "Police Parking
Only" at the Municipal Complex, located at 103 Overlook Avenue, or
at the location of the proposed new Police Department, located at
813 Belmont Avenue.
No person other than a member of the North Haledon Fire Department
shall park his/her vehicle in any space designated "North Haledon
Firefighter Parking Only" at the North Haledon Fire Department, located
at 568 High Mountain Road.
No person other than a patron of the North Haledon Free Public
Library shall park his/her vehicle in any space designated "Library
Patron Parking Only" at the North Haledon Public Library, located
at 129 Overlook Avenue. Such prohibition shall be suspended and not
apply when the Public Library is closed to the public.
