Establishment of Board of Assessment Appeals — See Charter, § C5-8.

The Town Council will appoint two alternate members for two-year terms for the Board of Assessment Appeals. The initial term of each alternate member shall be from November 9, 2005, through November 7, 2007.
Each alternate member shall be an elector of Tolland and, when seated, shall have all the powers and duties of a member of the Board of Assessment Appeals.
