Consistent with the Town Council resolution
of October 23, 1990, the Solid Waste Ordinance fines shall be:
A.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter
shall be fined an amount not to exceed $90. Each failure to comply
shall constitute a separate violation.
B.
Any commercial solid waste collector violating any
provisions of this chapter shall be fined an amount not to exceed
$500. Each failure to comply shall constitute a separate violation.
