The purpose of this chapter is to establish a minimum annual appropriation
for open space and recreation land acquisition and associated costs, i.e.,
legal, appraisal, survey and engineering, in order to provide a guaranteed
source of funds to match green acres funding.
A minimum amount of $0.01 on the tax rate shall be reflected as a line
item in the Township's annual budgets.
The line item budget appropriation shall be maintained for a period
of ten years from the effective date of this chapter.
