Any applicant for a permit, license, approval or relief used or usable
in connection with a designated parcel of real property located in the Borough
of Glen Gardner shall submit proof with such application that all real estate
tax installments assessed and payable against such real property have been
paid in accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:4-66.
No permit, license, approval or relief used or usable in connection
with a designated parcel of real property located in the Borough of Glen Gardner
shall be issued by any board, body, officer or employee of the Borough of
Glen Gardner unless all real estate tax installments assessed and payable
against such real property have been paid in accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:4-66.
