[Adopted 2-13-1995 by Ord. No. 95-03]
The Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes an
agreement with West Whiteland Township to provide mutual aid to each
other in response to emergency situations. A true and correct copy
of the agreement is attached to this article as Exhibit A, and incorporated
herein by reference, and sets forth the conditions, terms, purposes
and objectives of the agreement and the manner in which property is
managed under the agreement.[1]
