The Board of Supervisors of Uwchlan Township
hereby authorizes an agreement with Downingtown Area School District
and the Lionville Youth Association for the purposes of mutual use
of recreational lands and facilities. A true and correct copy of the
agreement is attached to this article as Exhibit A, and incorporated
herein by reference, and sets forth the conditions, terms, purposes
and objectives of the agreement and the manner in which property is
managed under the agreement.[1]

The Board of Supervisors and officers of Uwchlan
Township are hereby authorized to sign the agreement and take all
steps necessary to effectuate the terms and conditions of the agreement.
