§ 122-1 Use restricted.

The Town park is for the use of Town residents and organizations established and operating within the Town of Wawayanda only.

§ 122-2 Scheduling.

The park foreman will schedule all activities and designate the facility required for the activity.

§ 122-3 Required information.

When scheduling activities, the park foreman shall be notified of the size of the group and who is responsible for garbage and litter removal.[1]

§ 122-4 Removal of garbage required; violation.

The person or organization using the facilities are required to remove all garbage and litter upon completion of the activity. Any violation will automatically void future use of the park.

§ 122-5 Restoration of site.

Any temporary items placed in the park for the use by any particular group must be removed immediately after use and the area restored to its original condition.

§ 122-6 Hours.

The park hours are posted and are to be adhered to.
