Editor’s Note: This resolution superseded former Art.
I, Comcast Agreement, adopted 4-2-2002 by Res. No. R-02-3, approved
4-2-2002.
The Borough Council does hereby approve the
cable franchise agreement negotiated with Comcast, including all the
terms and conditions contained therein, and does hereby authorize
the execution of such agreement.[1]

The Borough Council of Marcus Hook Borough does
hereby approve and adopt the cable franchise agreement negotiated
with Verizon, including all of the terms and conditions contained
therein, and does hereby authorize the execution of such agreement.[1]
