A City agency may recommend to the City Council
a written schedule to be adopted by the City to establish a fee system
for administering and implementing the stormwater management program.
The fee system may include fees for application submittal and review,
project overview, compliance inspections, appeals, and any other task
or service performed by the City to administer or implement the requirements
of this chapter or rules promulgated hereunder. Fees may be refundable
or nonrefundable, as determined appropriate by the City, and may include
charges for time and materials utilized by the City in implementing
and administering the requirements of this chapter or rules promulgated
pursuant to this chapter. The schedule of fees shall be incorporated
into Chapter A276, Fees and/or Permits, of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Rockwood, as amended.
