[Adopted by the STM 3-22-1956]
The Board of Selectmen is hereby authorized to adopt and from
time to time amend specifications and regulations for the construction
of roads, which specifications and regulations shall be fully complied
with before any new road shall be accepted by the Town of Bethany
as a public way.
Said specifications may provide for notice prior to such time
as construction of a road may be commenced, inspection during construction,
testing after construction and the posting of a bond conditioned upon
the completion of such road in accordance with said specifications
and regulations.
