[HISTORY: Adopted by the Annual Town Meeting of the Town
of Bethany 5-18-1981. Amendments noted where applicable.]
In order to keep municipally owned property in order, so as
to prevent personal injury and damage, and to maintain the property
in a condition reasonably suitable for continued use by residents
of the Town of Bethany, all real property owned, possessed or occupied
by the Town of Bethany and/or the Board of Education of the Town of
Bethany shall be closed to public use between the hours from dusk
to dawn daily, except as expressly permitted by the Board of Selectmen
or the Board of Education of the Town of Bethany.
