The municipality may include all costs incurred into the review
fee charged to an applicant. The review fee may include, but not be
limited to, costs for the following:
A.
Administrative/clerical processing.
B.
Review of the SWM site plan.
C.
Review of a SWM site plan resubmission.
D.
Attendance at meetings.
E.
Inspections.
F.
Any additional work required to monitor and enforce any provisions
of this chapter, correct violations, and assure proper completion
of stipulated remedial actions.
