Town of Orleans, MA Article VII Swimming Pool Fences

§ 185-48 Restrictions.

Every swimming pool shall be enclosed by a fence or structure four (4) feet in height and firmly secured at ground level. Such fence or structure, including gates therein, shall not be less than four (4) feet above the ground, and any gate shall be self-latching with latches placed four (4) feet above the ground or otherwise made inaccessible from the outside.
