A.
The Planning Board shall be the administrative agency of these rules
and shall have all the powers assigned to it by MGL Ch. 41, Sections
81-K to 81-GG. The Planning Board may assign as its agents appropriate
town agencies or officials, and may, from time to time, hire professional
assistance to review plans and inspect improvements at the subdivider's
expense.
B.
Severability. The invalidity of any section or provision of this
bylaw shall not invalidate any other section or provision hereof.
