As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
AIR GUN
Any gun, rifle or pistol, by whatever name known, which is designed to expel a projectile by the action of compressed air or gas, or by the action of a spring or elastic, but does not mean a firearm.
BOW AND ARROW
A weapon that is made of a strip of flexible material with a cord connecting the two ends, which, by holding the strip and pulling the cord, propels an arrow.
BRASS KNUCKLE
A metal device worn over the knuckles of the hand.
CANE SWORD
A cane or swagger stick having concealed within it a blade that may be used as a sword or stiletto.
CATAPULT
A device for hurling or launching missiles or projectiles.
CRIME
One of the following offenses in connection with which the forfeiture of property is sought:
A. 
A violation of Article III pertaining to the transportation or discharge of an air gun;
B. 
A violation of Article VIII pertaining to the discharge of a slingshot;
C. 
A violation of Article VIII pertaining to the unlawful use, draw or shooting of any bow and/or arrows or to have in possession or transport of an archery bow in strung condition;
D. 
A violation of Article II pertaining to the unlawful use, carrying or possession of a firearm;
E. 
A violation of Article X pertaining to the shooting or hunting of wildlife within the corporate area of the City.
F. 
A violation of Article XI pertaining to the discharge of any firearm, air rifle, air pistol or bow and arrow in the City.
CROSS BOW
A short bow mounted crosswise near the end of a wooden stock, used to shoot arrows, bolts, darts or other projectiles.
RAZOR
A straight razor or any implement holding a razor, such as a box knife.
SAP
A sack containing ball bearings or other heavy material used for striking a person about the head or shoulders.
SLINGSHOT, WRIST ROCKET, ETC.
A forked stick or metal frame with an elastic band attached, which is stretched in order to shoot small stones, balls, bolts or any other projectile.
SWITCHBLADE STILETTO or SELF-OPENING KNIFE
A knife containing a blade or blades which can be opened by depressing a button, pressure on the handle, release of a spring or other mechanical contrivance.
UMBRELLA SWORD
An umbrella having concealed within it a blade that may be used as a sword or stiletto.
