The following uses are permitted as special exception uses in those districts listed in Article
IV, Districts. They shall meet all the conditions listed.
A. Application.
(1) Every application for a special exception use shall be made on a
form prepared by the Borough. Included with the application shall
be a fee, which shall be determined by Borough Council from time to
time by resolution.
(2) The application shall include the request for approval of special
exception use and sufficient information to document compliance with
the applicable standards of this chapter and the Lansdowne Subdivision
and Land Development Ordinance.
(3) The Borough Secretary shall submit one copy of the application to
the Lansdowne Zoning Hearing Board.
B. Public hearing. Before making any decisions, the Zoning Hearing Board
shall conduct properly advertised public hearings.
