[Adopted by the Legislative Council 6-25-1996 (Ord. No. 75)]
There shall be 15 Justices of the Peace for
the Town, serving such terms, selected in accordance with, and having
the powers and duties prescribed by Title 9 of the General Statutes.
Said Justices of the Peace shall be allocated among the political
parties in such manner as is set forth in Title 9 of the General Statutes.
