There is hereby authorized pursuant to the Bingo and Raffles Licensing Law of the State of New Jersey, the conducting of games of chance, which said games of chance are more particularly set forth in the Bingo and Raffles Law, Chapters 5, 6 and 7 of the Pamphlet Laws of 1954,[1] of the State of New Jersey, on the first day of the week commonly known and designated as "Sunday."

Such games of chance as are more particularly designated in the Bingo and Raffles Laws shall be conducted strictly in accordance with said laws on Sundays.

The purpose of this article is to establish fees for raffles, bingo and legalized games of chance to be equal to those established by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission of the State of New Jersey.
This article authorizes the Borough of Seaside Park to charge a fee for raffles, bingo and games of chance licenses in an amount equal to that charged by the New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission or any successor state agency establishing said fees. Copies of said agency's fees shall be available in the in the Borough Clerk's office for public inspection. This fee shall not be charged to any nonprofit organization as determined by the Internal Revenue Service.[1]
