A. 
The zoning permit to allow the transfer of title shall certify that such dwelling or dwelling unit meets the requirements in Chapter 200, Development Regulations, of the Borough of Seaside Park, Ocean County, New Jersey.
B. 
Inspection and report. The Zoning Official of the Borough of Seaside Park shall perform the inspections required pursuant to this article and shall prepare an additional report setting forth the following:
(1) 
The number of water fixtures in each dwelling unit.
(2) 
The number of electrical services (meters).
(3) 
The number of individual and/or dwelling units on the lot or parcel of land in question.
(4) 
The number of kitchen or kitchen facilities located upon the premises.
(5) 
Any physical barriers, walls or doorways that could be used for the separation of a unit or units into additional dwelling units.

The owner or agent of the inspected property shall be charged a fee of $50 per dwelling unit.

Any person who violates any one or more sections of this article shall be subject to the general penalty in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Borough Code.

The ownership of real estate shall not be transferred unless prior thereto and there has been obtained from the Borough Code Enforcement Official a permit for continued occupancy.
Such permit for continued occupancy shall certify that such dwelling or dwelling unit complies with the requirements as specifically set forth in § 350-3, Adoption of Property Maintenance Code, of the Code of the Borough of Seaside Park and with the specific exceptions set forth in § 350-3 as hereinabove referred to.

A. 
Within 10 days of receipt of the application, application fee and the Code Enforcement Official being able to successfully schedule an inspection of the property, a permit for continued occupancy shall be issued pursuant to this article or shall be denied based on the above-referenced Property Maintenance Code. In the event of a denial, the Code Enforcement Official shall list the reasons therefor.
B. 
The Code Enforcement Official may issue a temporary permit for occupancy for a period not to exceed 90 days if the structure substantially complies and fits the criteria of the above-referenced Property Maintenance Code. In such event, the temporary permit for occupancy shall be conditioned upon the completion of such items specified by the Code Enforcement Official in the time period established by said official.
C. 
Failure of inspection will result in a reinspection fee of $25 per site visit plus an additional $5 per unit upon reinspection for hotels/motels/rooming houses.

Each ownership of real property shall not be transferred unless prior thereto the owner of real property obtains and submits for review an elevation certificate developed and published by FEMA.
