No person shall throw into, or upon, any street, court, square,
lane, road, public square, public enclosure, pond or body of water,
publicly accessible commercial parking lot, shopping plaza, industrial
park or vacant lot within the limits of the Town, any dead animal,
dirt, sawdust, soot, ashes, cinders, shavings, hair shreds, manure,
oyster, clam or lobster shells, wastewater, rubbish or filth of any
kind, or any refuse, animal or vegetable whatsoever.
