Zoning — See Ch. 240.
A sign and its supports which ceases to advertise a bona fide
business conducted, or product sold, on any premises shall be removed
within 30 days after written notification from the Inspector of Buildings.
The Inspector of Buildings shall enforce this chapter. Penalty
for violating this chapter shall be a fine of not more than $25 per
day; each day constitutes a separate offense.
